This guy is so kind! I am so busy working 2 jobs, and when there are so many people out there taking advantage of people, it was worth the time to let people know about Gianni. He took so much time to answer all my questions and explain different options for me. I needed a counter depth for an older cabinet and wanted to make sure it wouldn’t stick out at all (I also didn’t want stainless steel for this kitchen since everything I have is black and he had both options for me). I was getting worried about getting something here quickly because my food was in a cooler with ice melting, and he was kind enough that when he couldn’t fit me in same day, he ended up willing to come later to accommodate me. So glad I found this place and called. Not to mention, calling a company nowadays where you can talk to an actual person who knows what he’s talking about in the first place, who’d the actual person you’ll see when it’s delivered, AND after you buy it THE SAME PERSON will call you right back if you have any questions! Don’t know if there’s any place like that anymore. He actually seems to care that his customers feel well taken care of and will think of him next time they need anything. BTW when he delivered the fridge, it was like new. When I called just to ask how long it would take until I could expect the ice container to be full, he called back quickly to tell me. I’d call him again in a second, and I’ve already given his number to a neighbor just so she could ask him whether she should fix or replace her washing machine that was leaking because he seems to know everything about all the different models and is willing to tell you which ones are worth keeping. Just call and talk to him and you’ll see.
