I initially had Appliance Connection come to fix my dryer. A month or so later I had an issue with a burner on my stove and my dishwasher stopped working. The service tech ordered the part for the stove and suggested I replace my dishwasher because the cost to fix the issues it had cost more than a new one. He even checked online at that moment and showed me the brand I should purchase, which was on sale. I appreciate his honesty and bought the dishwasher, which is better than the one I had before. When my washing machine did not work correctly a couple of months after it had been “fixed” by another company, I called Appliance Connection and it has been working properly since. I’m extremely pleased with this company. It was easy to make an appointment and the service tech was always on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them if a friend or family member needs their services.
