Delivery and installation went very smooth. Installers were professional and helpful. I needed a dryer door switched to open the correct direction and they had no problem helping out. My family and I highly recommend Idler's Home Santa Maria. We recently had a 5 star experience from the start of our search for a new cooktop and oven all the way to the installation. Rob, the member of staff who helped us identify the appliances we ultimately purchased was very knowledgeable on the products and installation specifics for each item. He was helpful in answering our questions and troubleshooting issues that we had, and he was clear on the work that we needed to do before installation. Throughout the search and purchase phase, we never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase, and Rob did his best to help us find affordable options that fit our budget. Once we made the purchase, the appliances arrived ahead of schedule and Victoria, a staff member who assisted us when Rob was busy was always courteous and proactive in moving us through the process. Lastly, Juan and his installation team were on time for the scheduled appointment, and they were efficient and neat with their work.
