I hate leaving poor reviews but I now feel i have to. I purchased a washer and dryer from tuffys dryer worked for about a month and was repaired by them under their warranty. Awesome! However now it doesnt dry very well and have called repeatedly and left messages with no call back and am now out of their warranty, which is also fine but id atleast like to get them to look at it. Beware

My experience in the shop was awesome. The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he didn't push me to buy their most expensive product. He asked me where I was putting it, what I was using it for, measurements, and gave me a few different options for what I could use. The installer, however, told me that the price would be 20 bucks for hookup and parts and that he would call me the following week. That was December 30th, and I just heard back from him yesterday. And when he had finished the job, he told me it would be 45 bucks for the labor and parts, explaining that it was a misunderstanding. Kind of a bummer experience, but I would definitely buy from them again. That said, hook it up yourself if you can, or get a price for hookup in writing.
