Ruffoni Appliance Svc

Chris, the repairman, that Ruffoni's sent out to repair my KitchenAide dishwasher was so professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about numerous brands of dishwashers and how they function and how they fall into dis-repair over the years. When he gave me the estimate on what it would cost to repair MY older dishwasher, there was no question that it would be way more cost effective to buy a NEW dishwasher and I asked Chris to order me HIS suggestion, since he definately was on top of his game, which was a Bosch. He went right back to the store and did just that! And his co-worker and the installer, Aaron, installed it the very next day!! Now if THAT isn't a top notch LOCAL company, with excellent employees, I don't know what is!!! And as a side note, as a retired business OWNER of a large Residential Window, Shower & Glass Co. in Lake Tahoe for 45 years, I know Chris is NOT an inhouse Floor Salesperson, but this highly personable, highly knowledgeable "repairman" has polished skills in alot more than turning a screw and fixing a bracket, this young man's GOT GAME!! I would hire him in a minute for training in numerous high end positions in my former company. My point is, I hope he will recieve COMMISSION for this sale, because Chris MADE the sale and went back to the shop & ordered it for me, JUST like an inhouse salesperson would do. I did the same for all my outside field guys - Estimators, Repairmen & Installers if they made Sales - Only Fair. In conclusion - I give Ruffoni's Home Appliance an A+++ Rating

When my washer stopped spinning, I called Ruffoni's to schedule a serviceman to come check it out. Scheduling was very simple and they told me my service man would call to advise me what time he would arrive. Martin called the next morning with such a cherry, happy note to his voice that I was caught off guard. Hey, here's somebody that actually likes their job! He told me what time he would arrive, and he did so, even a couple of minutes early. After a thorough investigation, I learned that my older washer needed replacing. I felt that Martin gave me excellent service, was extremely respectful of me and my property, and gave me a fair analysis of my situation. Overall, I was very impressed with Martin and his service even though he delivered the bad news.

We had a really wonderful experience with Ruffoni's. I am so glad we found this business to order appliances from! We had purchased from Best Buy and Home Depot and never had an all around great experience like this. Alex, the salesperson we worked with was so accommodating and nice. Very helpful and quick. Our stove had broken one day, and a new one was delivered the next! Incredible! They have competitive prices, reasonable delivery and the delivery guys were just as great as the salesperson. In and out and extra helpful. I will be shopping here and recommending Ruffoni's from now on!
