I was recently referred to this company by an appliance store for a repair. I gave them a call the morning of 8/20 to inquire about their services. An older woman customer service rep answered the phone who had a short temper right away. I told her about my situation and she gave me a short answer and then hung up on me without a chance to speak. It's unfortunate that she works here since multiple people seem to have experienced the same customer service rep under the same circumstances. I will not be using their services in the future and recommend they take care of this ongoing issue.

I rented a U-Haul truck and trailer from this place. The lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude. She was very short tempered and judgmental. She marked the gas as starting at full when it was NOT completely full. I ended up paying an extra $15 in gas that I did not use. Definitely would not recommend.

The best and only place for uhaul. She took the extra step to ask if I wanted to pay for as an extra day and miles to Nampa Idaho and it turned out we needed that.
