I bought a Bosch ADA dishwasher from Teevax last year, and the purchase experience itself was fine. I paid, picked it up, and felt like I got an OK deal.
I’m giving the overall experience a 2 because after-sale service matters. Just two weeks after the purchase, I had a couple of questions about the dishwasher and emailed them with a photo of the warning light. I never received a reply. I also left a web message that went unanswered, then finally called and was promised a call back that never happened.
At that point, I called Bosch directly, which took a long time, but Bosch was ultimately able to resolve the issue.
I’ve been seeing a lot of ads for Teevax lately, emphasizing their local flavor and excellent customer service. That was not my experience. In my case, once the sale was complete and the product was out the door, their willingness to help appeared to end.
If I could do it again, I’d just find the lowest price online and save a few bucks.
