My washer broke down and the repair company recommended Ryan's Appliance's as a good place to buy a pre-owned one, because the repair cost was not worth the investment for an 18 year old washer. I called Ryan's and spoke with Jesus the owner and went to his store. Jesus was honest, sincere and gave me a very good price on a replacement. Then, it turned out Jesus offered to take a look at my washer before replacing it. The estimate to repair it was over $500. In 10 minutes Jesus had the washer apart, checked the problem and found it was only a $20 part that was broken. The original estimate was the transmission and a 10 day wait on parts. Jesus went above and beyond the call of duty and not only gave excellent service, but he truly cares and wants to help people. I am so thankful to have my washer working well again, but most of all it is rare today to find honesty, sincerity and integrity....and a fair price!

Unmatchable service. We purchased a washer/dryer set on a Saturday. We hooked it up and needed help and on that same Saturday afternoon Jesus came immediately to our home to help us. It was after 5pm and he didn't even hesitate. We are very happy with our purchase, these guys are stellar. 5 stars isn't enough. HIGHLY recommend.

I recently purchased a Kenmore 80 washer and dryer set from Jesus at Ryan's Appliances. I had been looking at a number of different sources, including new and used. I was impressed by the order and cleanliness of the store as well as the variety of choices. Jesus was patient and knowledgeable in showing me the options. I was pleased to have several possible sets to choose from. He delivered and installed my new -to-me washer and dryer that very afternoon and (thankfully) hauled away my old set. I happily washed two loads that afternoon! I had one operating issue and question a week later and Jesus came to my house within a couple of hours. He addressed my question promptly and professionally. My experiences with Ryan's Appliances have been great. I do recommend this used appliance store.
