Went there today. The lady who was there was so rude and disrespectful I walked out. The refrigerator choices were horrendous. Combine that with a rude sales person. It's a hard no for me. I'm going to teevax where your treated with respect

I bought a gas stove at this store a year ago for my rental and I paid an extra 70 dollars for a year warranty. When I called to ask for help on fixing the stove the owner couldn't find my invoice and informed me that the warranty is only good for 3 months. I was told they would send out a repair guy to come and look at stove, but they never called me back. I had to go buy a new stove and pay another guy to install it. Don't bother doing business here. They will take your money, but when you need assistance they ignore you and treat you like your bothering them.

I purchased a washer dryer 8 years or so ago and it was a great machine worked great! the team and installed and gave me tips on how to keep it working for a long time! I'll know who to recommend and where to go when i need appliances for sure.

I bought a washer from them a while ago, and it was the smoothest, easiest transaction ever. I called them up, told them what I wanted, and they delivered it later that day and even offered to install it and take my beat up old broken one. The man was really nice, as was the lady on the phone. Great price and service, and the washer is still going strong.

I would give 10 STARS but it is not an option. I have been buying appliances from here for many years. I tell everyone about them. They are friendly, easy to work with and very helpful. I live in Windsor and they delivered my daughter and I both a washer and dryer set. We live on the same property. Even took the old ones away. 10 STARS
