Had a technician dispatched through to service our Atosa commercial fryer flame ignites fine but shuts off on its own after 5-10 minutes.
He ran no tests and, based solely on his own experience, claimed it was a gas line pressure issue. But our range and griddle on the same gas line work perfectly. When I asked why nothing else was affected, he had no answer just kept repeating he had "20 years of experience." Left without testing anything.
Fryer's still broken. Had to escalate to the manufacturer myself. Not recommended.
