No follow through.
Used them in the past 20 years ago (for an entire kitchen)and it went well. Currently we are having issues. Had a D/W installed and he said a brace was "missing", told me he would order a part. Two weeks later I called them, they came out, said they needed to order a brace (obviously not done before). Two weeks later I called; they said they would research when the part would be available and would get back to me. Two weeks later I called again - same thing - they would research and get back to me. AGH!!!! I know that right now it is hard to find help, but after multiple calls it would be nice to know when the brace will arrive. Or if it was ever ordered. - 8 month later update - nope, clearly never ordered despite their telling me it was. Great company if you don't end up needing extra help after they have been paid.
