This is Hauslane's office. There are many different displays inside. Stanley's explanations are very detailed. I bought a PS18 and used it in my basement . There is basically no oil fume in the basement . It saves money, is easy to use, and is economical. Very recommended.

They will lie about delivery time Make a purchase with them promise it would be delivered within in several days then never call you back to let you know the product is in back order. They will make you wait months and months …. And then its you that have to call them , to ask what’s happening and where is my order…. like for them it’s normal to just wait months and months for our product that they promised that it was supposed to be delivered in several days

I like the look, matte black very high quality and powerful suction. the PS18 is a great product with a nice under hood light. The 6 speed fan is pretty good compared to other brands I have used before. The baffle filters are easy to clean in the dishwasher. Their customer service is excellent and responds to my emails very quickly. I highly recommend this awesome range hood.

Hauslane is far better than any Chinese brands in the market. We used to have Pacific in our kitchen. After it went bad, we switched to Hauslane following my relative’s recommendation. We couldn’t be happier. We got the range hood in 2019 and it is still working strong. They have good warranty program and customer support. Would recommend for sure.

I have been waiting to write a review to compliment Hauslane for their products and customer services. I purchased my Hauslane under cabinet range hood in 2018 and their product was reasonably priced with good quality. I am still using the range hood and it is still sucking strong. Hauslane delivered the range hood a day after I made the purchase. At the time, we don’t have an installer. Calvin at Hauslane went the extra mile to recommend a trusted contractor. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time at my house with his contractor. The installer was professional. He prepped his work area and cleaned everything after the installation. The whole installation took about one hour. Calvin was there the entire time to supervise and to make sure everything goes smoothly. Hands down to Hauslane for their excellent service. Highly recommended!
