Purchased a maytag washer. Jay said they have 3 in stock. After paying he said they are in Denver and will be here Tuesday (4) days away. Tuesday after waiting for a call. We called them. They said the door on the truck broke and went back to Denver without unloading. No idea when the washer will be in Grand Junction. Customer service not so good.

I purchased a Cafe’ appliance package from Jay. It was an incredible experience! He is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t hard sell me at all. Just gave me solid details on different appliances. He’s also a kitchen designer and chef. That certainly contributes to his overall knowledge and expertise in what will really work for his clients. Thank you Jay! I greatly appreciate your help and support all along the way. You delivered on everything we discussed!

I could give this place 0 stars, or negative stars. I would. I don't know what call 20 different times early. In the morning at 9 o'clock, when they very first opened, could not get anyone to answer the calls called again. In the evening, still, the same result tried this for days in a row with no response. After about a week of trying to contact them. Finally, got someone to answer and ask them about the warranty on my washer was assured that somebody would get ahold of me within 48 hours to schedule. Having it fixed, it has been a week was still no response went into the store to see what was going on was told that since my salesperson was not in no one else could give me any information that they only handle people's cases that they sell to and no one else is. Person at the store was very rude.Short and could care less about my situation. I'm told that it could take forty eight hours or if a part was on back order up 6 months or longer to get my wash machine fixed as I have six children at home.This is very inconvenient to not be able to do our laundry and have to go to a laundry mat.When I paid for the extended warranty, do not recommend anyone going there purchasing anything.

I definitely recommend looking here over the big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Prices and options are far better. And they have a good selection of in-stock items as well as accessories. The BEST part is the customer service. Dylan was incredibly helpful in providing a ton of information while listening to needs and going full-send on making it happen. Respectful, courteous, informative and willing to put in the time to get you exactly what you need. Dylan is the staff member you wish you could always find.
