During Covid and while tackling severe supply chain issues through a full gut remodel, BCAD had my SS Whirlpool appliances in 3 weeks, and at a reasonable price. Delivered/installed on time and in budget. Thanks BCAD!

We purchased a new home and the fridge was supplied by BCAD. Our chosen fridge was out of stock so we had an interim fridge for a month and a half. BCAD was very difficult to get in touch with in regards to the delivery of the new fridge with multiple messages left unreturned. Finally the new fridge arrived (only figuring out after another call). Delivery was scheduled for the next day. No call prior to delivery so upon them arriving I had to unload the old fridge quickly. They proceeded to enter our home without any regard to COVID precautions and proceeded to try to help remove items from the fridge. Upon removal of the old fridge they proceeded to scratch our front door due to a lack of care.
