They've already fixed 2 appliances at my rented home. Both times was the same technician, unfortunately, I didn't get his name but he's been professional, courteous and timely. I appreciate the fact that they call me before dropping by so I know when to expect them. The phone operators that I've dealt with have been helpful and kind as well.

I was purchasing a swing arm for my Mother's dishwasher and was told it was $59. When I went to pick it up they said it was $89 because of the top attachment. Looked on Amazon and found it for $20 with tge top attachment that actually comes with it. I was planning on returning it until I noticed on the receipt that you could only receive store credit for returns. That's what I get for trying to support a local business.

I called home appliance to repair my washing machine. Richard looked at it, said it a needed a new part.charged me 89 for the service call. It would be here in a week. In a week he brings the part it needed. After 10 minutes he tells me It needs another new part. Charges me 265 dollars for the first part. He said he would return in a week with the second new part. He returned today and after 10 minutes tells me that the control is burned out and I need a new washing machine. I’m already in to them 354 buck. Not counting the part that they brought today that won’t fix it. They just happen to have the same new washer at the shop and they will make me a good deal for it. So they bring me the new one and the GOOD DEAL COSTS ME ANOTHER 885 dollars. 650 dollars for the washer and 200 delivery and install fee. Now I just happened to go on Lowe’s website and find the exact same washer on sale for less than 500 dollars. Something stinks real bad at home appliance

Bought a new washer from them, in less than five weeks I got water on the floor during a washing. The representative came out, was very polite and patient with me. He checked the machine throughly. Told and showed me the problem was some drain pipe in the wall that was leaking. Because he was 100% correct. I was able to have a plumber quickly come, open the wall and fix the problem. I liked the prompt sale and delivery of the machine with the removal of my old machine. Then to have this excellent service response was superb.
