Cliff was great! Stopped by within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer. Had the parts (pulley and belt) and was done in less than an hour. Fair pricing.

Cliff is a real star. Contacted him for assistance in repairing an oven door. He was very supportive on the phone, showed up on time, worked like a true pro and his price was extremely fair. I have used Cliff of Carroll appliance a few times now. Great customer service, he always comes within a day or two max of my call, and fixes washer/dryer issues on the spot. I had a rather frustration repeat issue that he came back to make it right. He is a solid guy, puts customer first, and will also help you choose a reliable unit if you're in the market for a new appliance.

Excellent work and customer service was terrific. Called after a long holiday weekend and at first I was given a Wednesday repair date/time. Later that same day, Cliff called to say he was around the corner and could stop by. Thrilled. He needed to order a part but fixed my dryer so I could get by until the part came in.
