Communication and scheduling was wonderful. When Jeff arrived, fairly quickly after scheduling the appointment, he was absolutely wonderful to talk and work with. He immediately inspected and tested for the source of the problem, and was able to give us a reason for the issue without any unexpected billing beyond his time. Had a fridge issue. Jeff and his team called us that day and had him to our house within 24 hours. Jeff is the nicest and was so good to explain everything to us about our cool control and more. Told us they’d order the part and he’d be back to fix it and they were spot on! Jeff fixed it for us today and said any issues just let us know. This is certainly who I will be going to for any appliance issues
