Everything about the experience was fantastic and I am so glad I didn't go with the big box stores. I originally called and spoke with Brandon about a strange custom fit stove issue and he walked me through all the solutions even though I didn't buy anything. A week later my tenants needed a new standard stove and he helped me out again, especially with so many things being backordered. We got a great stove within a few days.
