Associated Appliance & Service of Monroe

Purchased all my kitchen appliances and Electrolux stacked washer and dryer from Dave & John. Really helpful suggestions, great prices and delivery were exceptional. We just recently needed a service call for our dryer, Phillip the technician immediately discovered sock's where they shouldn’t be and solved the issue in minutes, probably saving us a major issue down the road. Can’t recommend them enough. 5 star business.

Initially, we were looking online to try to find a good deal on a fridge and dishwasher. However, we will make all our future appliance purchases at Associated Appliances. We met with John and he walked us through our options and gave us a great deal on what we needed. I appreciated the personal touch that John provided; we felt confident that our appliances would be delivered on time and undamaged. This was in stark contrast with the reviews we read online regarding online distributers where appliances wouldn't come during stated delivery windows, that they would show up damaged, or that they would be left in the driveway. Knowing that we could talk to someone who we'd met in person and modify our delivery window or ask questions took the uncertainty out of the buying process.

Experienced difficulty having my Frigidaire double wall oven repaired and was referred to Associated Appliance for service. Went to the store and met with Jesse who quickly scheduled the repair. The evening before the scheduled date, I was called and given a 2 and 1/2 hour time window for the repair. The repair technician, Phil, arrived on time, removed the oven from the wall, completed the repair very efficiently, put the oven back into the wall and left the area looking perfect. Could not be happier with Associated Appliance in general and Jesse and Phil in particular. Associated is now my "go to" for any future appliance service needs or new appliances.

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out our new refrigerator. We needed a new one quickly and John was able to get it to us in less than 3 days. The delivery was very smooth, they were very careful, made sure everything looked good and was working properly before leaving. We will be purchasing all of our future appliances from Associated Appliance in Monroe.

I have been working with John and Dave Pia at Associated Appliance for over 15 years doing home and condo renovations for my family and my rental properties. I would not go anywhere else. They always have gone above and beyond to help me select, purchase , install and repair all of my appliances. They are not high pressure salesmen. They always try to work within my budget to get the best quality they can for me. They are honest, dependable, and always on time. I would not shop anywhere else, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
