Dishwasher install through Costco. The techs were friendly and courteous on the phone and in person. Arrived two hours (was expecting days) after Costco delivered the appliance and uninstalled the old one, unboxed, installed, and tested the new one in 30 minutes. They were even willing to take the old one, rather than waiting for Costco to come back to get it.

Got a dishwasher from Costco. A+ was the installer. They called the night before and the day of to set up timing. Came earlier than than the delivery team to uninstall the old dishwasher. He was done earlier than imagined! Had to install a new socket since our old dishwasher was hardwired into the house and replace a water valve extra for $150 total. Was an overall efficient and great experience! Would order from Costco again!

Got a dishwasher delivery from Costco and A+ Installation were the installers. I got plenty of notice and install went great. Unfortunately I was surprised to find out that had to get an outlet installed (previous dishwasher was hardwired) but they were upfront about the additional cost as it is not included with “basic installation”. Overall great experience.

They were the Costco installers for a dishwasher in CT, and we will be contacting Costco on this one as well; as they failed miserably to follow costcos rules and acted maliciously. The technician was on the phone (with what I assume was his boss) for 10x longer than he would talk to me. The tech, stated couldn't use water supply (copper 3/8 OD compression tubing) that was present and couldn't hardwire to a GFCI protected branch circuit for the old dishwasher. Wanted to charge 195 for an outlet (definitely wasn't a licensed electrician or plumber or even an HIC from CT license check) and some bogus amount for a water fitting so he could use the cheap hose. I said your installation services are not needed to simply haul away packaging and the old dishwasher, and that's it. The old dishwasher had already been loaded into their rented penske van and when I left 2 hours later I found he had unloaded it into the driveway (from the direction of the boss, I assume again). Don't use these folks, and if you see them as the installers for Costco call and get a new provder.

Can't give them 0 stars. They were the installer from Costco, and never showed up to our house to install, and couldn't get the dishwasher back from them. Horrible experience - would not recommend.
