Ferrari's Appliance

After another local repair shop left me hanging, Ferrari came to the rescue and fixed our washing machine quickly and for a solid price. The communication from the office staff was excellent. They called to confirm the appointment and I also received a call before the tech arrived. The tech was experienced and professional. I know where I’ll be buying my next appliance!

Incredibly happy with Ferrari Appliance. I used them to repair a broken dishwasher. They were everything you could ask for, local, professional, fast, incredibly easy to do business with, outstanding communication. Everyone I spoke and interacted with were great people, and not that I hope to need appliance repair again, but if I do Ferrari's will be my first call!

We recently had to purchase a new refrigerator. We like supporting the local family businesses so Ferrari’s Applianance was our first choice. It was a great choice. Desiree was great to work with. We told her our situation and she couldn’t have been more friendly, attentive and helpful. We were able to purchase a refrigerator that day and Desiree setup the delivery for 2 days after the date of purchase. With everything going on we thought that was amazing. That brings me to the delivery. It was great. Zach and Aaron were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were also extremely careful removing the old refrigerator and bringing in the new one and setting it up. We would definitely go back to Ferrari’s for our future appliances and service. We just purchased a Maytag gas range from Ferrari's. They helped us decide which unit suited our needs the most. The installation and removal was done quickly and professionally. Aaron and John made sure all was in working order and explained how we can get the most out of our new appliance. We definitely plan on using Ferrari's again and will recommend them to others.
