I have been a frequent customer of this location for over 5 years. The name of the establishment (and possibly the owners too) has changed several times since then. I just came to say the quality and longevity of the products are hit or miss. Sometimes you are only offered at $200 discounts for an appliance that breaks 30 days after your warranty. Then Your appliance is broken, you have to pay more fees and it would’ve ultimately been cheaper to buy new. The staff are very kind (can be slow for service calls/delivery/pick up) and try to be accommodating, but it is a business. All businesses want to make a profit on your dime…

Walked in looking for a portable dishwasher (unfortunately they didn’t have any) but walked out very happy with a brand new LG French Door refrigerator, delivered the same day, and removal of the old one. The installers were clean, knowledgeable, and professional. Service was exceptional. The cost was better than we could have ever imagined and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Eagle Appliances. They have both new and used appliances, that will fit any budget.

I was exausted looking for a refrigerator as mine stopped working and had family visiting with lots of food about to go to waste. I stumbled upon Eagle Appliances as I was driving back home and decided to give it a try. I was happily surprised by Sonia and Orlando’s hospitality and attentiveness to my urgency. They even went far and beyond by calling the delivery person to add my delivery for that same day despite him already leaving for the day with all the deliveries for the day. The refrigerator I purchased was a Kitchen Aid brand new and it’s working perfectly! I have to replace my stove in a couple of months and I for sure will be returning back to them to get it. Knowing they are there to answer any questions or concerns I have and be puntual in deliverance puts my mind at ease.

When purchasing your appliances at this location I highly recommend asking for (Laury), I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service, she is not only friendly, but also highly skilled at making sure the customer is satisfied. Her Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their entire customer service. I was able to get excellent results working with her by just making one phone call!
