Carter Appliance Services

Carter Appliance has been taking care of our family since the late 50s. They do a great job I called on Wed about my dishwasher and he said he'd be out yesterday after 5 but no one came. That's not like them. I hope everything is OK and they call me back to reschedule. Update- Carter called on Saturday and came out and took care of my dishwasher- Got tied up on Friday night and forgot to call. All is well. I will continue to use them. Thanks

I contacted Carter Appliance Services as I was experiencing an issue with my washing machine. Jim was able to detect the matter right away after taking one look at my machine. Based upon the service provided, I'll be contacting Carter Appliance Services for all of my appliance repair needs. Thank you for being an honest repair man.

Jimmy came by the same day I called for a refrigerator repair and diagnosed it very quickly. He had to order a part (which he had shipped overnight) and was back 24 hours later to complete the repair. He was able to provide a temporary fix to the fridge during that period so I would not lose my food to spoiling. Jimmy also follow up a few days later to make sure his repair was working properly, which it was. Cost was very reasonable and the fact that Jimmy is responsive and professional makes me absolutely recommend him.
