Had a really goof experience at J’s. He was super friendly. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and got my washer and dryer delivered and installed on Monday. I only wanted to get the dryer but the deal was good ended up getting the set. The economy is in the trash right now so go see him oh and he will also haul away your old stuff. 90 warranty.

Have been a customer for years. Always fair. But I purchased a Refrigerator back in June of 2024. Warranty for 4 months. Tenant Called in August 2024. Tenant did not get all shelving. Stated they would bring never did. Told them refrigerator not cooling or freezing properly intermittent. Said they would send technician. Never did Tenant waited. Was using additional freezer. Lost phone did not have number too call back. Landlord was out of country unaware of issue. Upon coming back landlord reached out to Vivane she said warranty up no technician to repair. No compassion. Will not do business with them ever again.

I had a less than positive experience at J’s Appliances. I purchased a stove that sat unused in a home that took longer to renovate than the warranty period covered. The stove was never used prior to the first time we turned it on. The first time we turned it on the broiler and oven did not heat up. When I called J’s Appliances to see what they could do to help me out they refused to provide any assistance. They wouldn’t exchange the stove, they wouldn’t refund the purchase or even provide guidance in trouble shooting. J’s Appliances didn’t stand behind their product. They didn’t even offer store credit. While I understand the warranty period expired it would have been nice to at least have had good customer service/ support. I don’t recommend purchasing appliances from J’s Appliances.

Just recently bought a washer & dryer set from this small family business & I can honestly say I am in love with how good the transaction went. The machines were practically brand new. The installation they kindly offer you was much appreciated. It was super easy to do business with Viviana and Jose's awesome assistance! Will come back!

I am a contractor and a property manager. I always need appliances and thought I would try this company. I couldn’t have had a worse experience. They sell poor condition used appliances that do not get checked out before they are sold. They are not cleaned well, they do not function as intended and they are reconditioned by people who don’t know what they are doing. My experience is this: The products that were delivered we’re supposed to be installed but they weren’t. I had to send someone back to finish the job. Also, I bought the appliances in the beginning of November but my new tenant didn’t move in until January. After they moved in almost every appliance had something wrong with it. Stove, fridge, washer & dryer. In February the tenant called me and told me the dryer was making a loud squealing noise and the washing machine would stop mid cycle and then water would leak on the floor. I called Vivian, the owner and she told me that my warranty had expired and there was nothing she could do. This was 8 days after the 90 day “warranty” but only 6 weeks since the tenant moved in. I bought almost $2,000 worth of appliances from them, $800 just for the washer and dryer. Any good business would take care of their customers. Not this business. Watch out. Caveat Emptor. They do not stand behind their products at all. I will not give them any future business. I would not recommend them and in fact I will warn all of my contractor and Landlord friends never to buy anything from them.
