Very disappointed with their customer service and how they handle business got a fridge a little less than 2 months ago now the freezer is not working called to see if they could come out and check or at least take it back give me a discount on a different one they would much rather lose business than built a good reputation with people I understand is second hand appliances but the way they handle issues is garbage. I had a tech come out and he told the compressor was bad you would think that they at least do a thorough inspection of they appliances they sell. I would not buy a fridge here and anywhere else that is second hand they should automatically come with a 3 month warranty I wouldn’t trust anything from here after this bad experience very disappointed in their lack of good business practice.DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE!!!

I've been reading the reviews now, and I'm confused if we are talking about the same place. In my case so far so good. I went for a stove for my tenants and when I saw their prices, that they give you 60 day warranty (which is usually unheard of on used appliances) I ended up buying the stove I needed for the tenants plus a stove and a fridgerator for our house. I looked up the original prices of our appliances we snatched those for less than 10% than retail value. You can't go wrong. Santi which is the lady that attended us was really nice, I'm not sure how's their English (which I hear is a big complaint here) because I was talking to them in Spanish, but hey I didn't care if they spoke Chinese I see good prices all I need is a calculator, cash in hand and I'm sure I will get what I need even if I don't speak their language. So many people are just use to handed things and that's why they complain. Delivery was on point and on time. 5 stars to them
