Jason, Kemal and the team were great! I had an excellent experience working with this appliance store. I purchased both an air conditioner and a washer/dryer combo, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff took the time to understand what I needed and presented several options without any pressure. They were knowledgeable, honest, and helped me find products that fit both my needs and budget. Their pricing was significantly better than what I found elsewhere, and the delivery and installation costs were very reasonable. The delivery team was professional, arrived on time, and handled the installation quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for quality appliances, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this store. I’ll definitely be coming back for future appliance purchases.

Very displeased with this appliance store. They were nice and helpful at the beginning but once we took delivery it was like they didn't want to know us. We stopped in after reading some reviews to purchase a new washer and dryer. We found a set and the salesman mentioned they were able to deliver that evening but only if we bought the floor model. Everything looked ok so we decided to go with it. That evening the salesman showed up with supposedly the owner. Once everything was set-up we noticed the washer did not have a control knob. We asked what happened and were told it must have fallen off on the highway even though it was wrapped. Dryer also had a dent on the top that was not there before. We were told not to worry they would order us a new knob and we can come down in 2 days and pick it up. I agreed and drove 45 , minutes down there on a Saturday. Once I get there noticed the store was closed. Called the salesman and texted. No response. Called the store and owner called back and said his father died. He told me not to worry because he got 3 of them in. Was told he would drive up on Monday and drop it off. Monday came and roommate had to call to find out what was going on and was told he didn't want to ship it overnight because he was not going to pay $50. He finally said he would drive up to us, got angry and hung up while I was still talking to him. After work when I got home I found he dropped off 3 different used knobs from other machines. When I texted and said this was unacceptable and I wanted a new knob because that's what I purchased the salesman and owner were not contacting me back. Finally heard from the salesman and he said he ordered a new one then 2 days later texted me and said he cancelled it because it was a used one from eBay and told me to order directly from GE under warranty. I sent a text and asked him to do that since it was not my responsibility. No response. Finally I looked on the GE website and found it myself after 5 minutes and purchased it since obviously this store is not reliable. Will NEVER do business with this shady store again and I suggest you do the same or be very careful! This set was $1500 and we get a washer with no knob and a dryer with a dent in it. Certainly would not have paid that price had I known this store does not stand by their sales. Bait and switch.

The owner Jason was beyond unprofessional and rude after selling us a used washer and dryer. We didn’t need a dryer ours worked fine. But I wanted a matching set so we got it. The dryer was turning off because it was getting too hot. We noticed it the same day we got it. Jason sent out his technician Oscar and he was upset also and rude. Oscar sent his workers over a few days later and they didn’t understand us or speak English the only thing he said after talking the dryer apart was sorry can’t fix… I did take video but I won’t post because I’m in it and look a mess. But I do have pictures of the man standing on my counter after being asked does he want to take the dryer down. Jason was upset we didn’t want a different dryer that wasn’t a matching set we wanted our money back so he said never again like he was doing us a favor. Mind you we were referred to him from someone down the block. I never need a dryer so it didn’t make sense to take one that was not a set to the washer. It was just bad business in my opinion.
