I needed a refrigerator and went to Hallocks tent sale last Friday. I got a great deal on one! Dominic was my sales person and he was very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. My refrigerator was delivered by Lloyd and Eric. I cannot say enough nice things about them both! They were both friendly, knowledgeable and quick! As luck would have it, my measurements were wrong. Even though they were not allowed to help me with removing trim on the door, they were instrumental in me removing it and putting it back without breaking it. Even my dog who is nervous around new people thought they were awesome! What started off as constant barking and growling ended up with constant wagging after he met them! I've had delivery people in the past and they do there jobs and leave which is fine but its so much nicer when you have people who have great personalities like Eric and Lloyd had!

This was my first time visiting this store for their Tent sale and it truly was a fantastic experience. The entire staff was welcoming and beyond friendly! Dominic was our sales man and he made the entire experience stress free and actually enjoyable! He was very patient with my indecisiveness and was even happy to help the following day when I brought my husband for a final decision! No pressured sales pitch and no over shadowing while I wandered around the store. I would go back to the store just to pop in and visit Dom! 11/10 experience and we LOVE our new refrigerator!

Purchased a new Whirlpool French Door refrigerator from Shore Appliance (Hallock’s ) in Branford. The unit was ordered and I was notified just a few days later that it was in. They offered a couple different delivery dates and I locked one in. I received a text message the day before stating an approximate time for delivery the morning of the delivery I was called and was told they would be there within the hour. Sure enough 40minutes later they arrived. The two employees got out met me at my front door and introduced themselves to me by name. They surveyed the layout of the house and advised me of their game plan. After removing a couple of wall pictures as precaution and the front door ( bought a big unit evidently) they switched right into work mode Eric and Lloyd operated like two well oiled machines working off each others strengths. Within minute the new unit was in and the old unit was out. They explained the simple setup and operations of my refrigerator and said if I had any concerns to please notify the store immediately and they will handle any problem. Shore Appliance was great and Eric and Lloyd were fantastic. If I ever need another appliance I know right where we will be going. Thank you all for such great service
