We generally like Page Hardware and have found their customer service above average. They were able to help me find a sealed system repair technician for my fridge when other appliance stores could not, are generally above-average in helpfulness, and overall, it's a nice place to shop. Now for the not so great. About 8 months ago our existing LG washing machine (purchased elsewhere) catastrophically flooded our house. When the repairs were completed and we were able to move back into our house, we felt our best option would be to replace the machine with a Speed Queen as they are meant to be most reliable. Because of our previously positive experiences with Page, we drove out of our way to purchase the machine from them. The sales process was pleasant and quick, and the delivery was also quickly scheduled. Unfortunately, the delivery is where things went wrong. Upon delivery, the team forgot to take the front shipping bolts off the machine. The first time we ran it, it made the most horrendous noise and wiggled itself half-way across the floor. Page had the appliance service techs come out and take a look, who found the shipping bolts were left on by Page's delivery team, during install. When I called to express my concerns, particularly given our recent issues with our last machine, Mike was dismissive and told me that if the machine was serviced by the appliance servicers, I don't have to worry. I have no way of knowing if the this extremely expensive washing machine has internal damage from the install that will fail over time and flood my house again, but needless to say I am very worried, and disappointed by their response.

Would give them zero stars if that were an option. Terribly overrated and overpriced, you'd be better off going to Home Depot, Lowes, or an online reseller for what you need. Had been a loyal customer for years until I had a minor problem with a service they provided me which turned out faulty. The manager I spoke with was rude, disrespectful and dismissive from the start since I approached him brushing me off onto junior employees he knew couldn't help me. They're eager to make the sale but when you approach them with a problem they'll tell you to kick rocks as is apparent when you read other reviews on the Yelp platform and here. They don't respect you apart from your hard-earned money. Eventually their bad-attitudes and greed will force them to close their doors when there's a lot of better options out there..

We recently purchased 4 appliances from Page Hardware & Appliance in Guilford CT. Stacey Fitzgerald was our sales rep. She could not have been more helpful and patient with us. The selection process was easy and we are delighted with our purchases. I will recommend Stacey to anyone I know planning on purchasing an appliance. The delivery to our home was smooth and quick. The delivery team was friendly and efficient. We chose Page’s as we wanted to support our local business and knew they had an excellent . We will certainly shop there again.
