I wouldn’t give a star if that was an option. EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS. BEWARE FOR YOUR LIFE. This woman came after us with this rusty machete after we came back for the 5th time inquiring about the broken washer, that they promised to come fix, and they never showed. She was arrested for the machete and I will be perusing a legal civil case! This place needs to be shut down. They showed us, they PAINT OVER MOLDED washers, and re-sell them. Disgusting and despicable business.

Bought a washer and dryer from this place. Steer clear of this place. Within 3 weeks the washer machine leaked water and water went down below into the neighbors ceiling and cost me 300$ to have the ceiling repaired. The neighbor called the fire department because there was so much water that was leaking down. I have pictures of the damage that had occurred. I went to this shop and told him that this had happened and he never came over to repair the washer machine. I called him for 2 weeks everyday and he never picked up his phone. I spent 500$ on a washer and dryer and you would expect at the very least fix something that is leaking. If I would have seen the reviews before I made this purchase, i would never have made the purchase. I ended up trashing the washer machine and getting a new one at Home Depot as the one I had was not going to be fixed. The dryer works currently but the dryer cord was loose and the bolts were stripped out. I was able to fix this on my own as he was not going too. Horrible place to buy from. Not only do you have to worry about appliances not working and getting no answer to have it fixed but also having property damage caused and them not caring one bit. No care for the customers and will gladly take your money in a heartbeat but will not help when there is an issue. I hope that no know else has this experience as I have.

I see all these negative reviews. Didn't anyone ever have a good experience they wished to share? Well I did yesterday. A&R answered my message not right away but timely like I do. They had the apartment gas stove, I saw on marketplace, on their showroom floor when I came in a few days later. It was in good shape and fairly clean. When I hooked it up today I was quite relieved that it worked perfectly!...and they had just what I wanted! Thanks! Scott

I bought a stainless steel fridge from this place that appeared to be in good condition. It broke within 30 days and the business owner had a repairman fix it. When I saw the way it was fixed I went into the shop in questioned it because he brought out freon and put freon into the line. I told him that normally you don't have to add freon to fridges every so often. I was told that the line broke when it was moved then it had to be repaired. A month later now my fridge is going warm again. Not freezing anything in the freezer. I called the business to do them a chance to remedy it and they did not respond to me. I don't believe that they are professionals at what they do. Only professional con artists who take appliances out of people homes clean them out and resell them. I don't know that they even have proper repair man to clean these or repair them the way they should be. THEY'RE ALSO MULTIPLE REVIEWS ON THEIR FACEBOOK SITE SAYING AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T BOTHER. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
