I bought a refrigerator 290.00 and only worked for 2 weeks. Has not responded back...I've called and text . My tenant needed refrigerator asap, was losing foods. So I ordered new one from Lowes. Meant time, El Jefe llc don't refund only replace with another. They must have repaired to resale, but bad electric fix. Replaced plug with one that don't belong and almost caught fire. Not good business ppl.

Bought a stove and 2 fridge, stove didn’t work had to keep calling to get it fixed. Then the fridge worked for 3 months exactly. No response to getting it fixed no other technician will look at it because they repaired it using a timer.

I bundled appliances got Stove and Washer very good prices and great customer service they have a location in Plainville and are prompt to get back to you. They also removed old appliances and took them with no extra fees.

I just happened upon these guys and I'm so glad I did...they came and fixed my dryer the same day. I thought I was gonna have to buy another dryer..so they saved me a lot..very nice people
