Used & new appliances llc

I ordered a refrigerator from this place and I paid an extra $50 to have the old one removed. After they delivered it they could not get the old refrigerator out without removing the hinges from the door. These lazy people didn't call me they made some lame excuse that my tennant 'told them to leave the old unit'. I don't like paying for a service that i never got. Never agian will I buy anything from them.

This place is one of the most unprofessional places I've been to. I went and bought a dryer from them. Everything was good untill they came to deliver it. In the process of them bringing in the dryer, they put holes on my tile floors in front of my bathroom entrance which is VERY noticeable and they broke the bottom of my bathroom door. When I call them to let them know cause the guys really had a nerve to leave it like that, not say nothing and then say it was like that. No way in hell it was like that. The owner has not answered the phone not one time. The little young girl behind the counter could only say they not here call back cause she doesn't know nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Was my first and last and I wouldn't recommend them to no one
