Thank you for not jacking up prices of replacement parts!! This encourages repairs and minimizes trash and overconsumption. I ordered online, they shipped it out the same day, and I got my package in two days (west coast). Even with the price of shipping, my order was cheaper than Amazon, guaranteed OEM, and just as fast. The website could use a refresh - I almost thought it wasn't legit, but the price and speed made it so worth

1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's. Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.

Unfortunately, I found out that almost all appliance repair shops in my area don't support KitchenAid mixer repairs. Your two options if your mixer breaks are to 1) buy a whole new mixer or 2) buy the niche part and rip the machine apart to try and fix. Soooooo I went with the 2nd option and was pleased to see that Goodman's not only had the part I needed in stock but had great shipping processes to get it to me quickly (I live in GA). Upon receiving the part from Goodman's, I watched some YouTube videos and took the machine apart, replaced the broken piece, reassembled the machine, plugged it in, AND IT WORKED. I had vanquished the broken mixer, and proved my value as a man and lover to my wife. In that moment, the conquering philosophy of the likes of Gengis Khan made a lot more sense to me. I felt powerful and in control of the machine. Thank you to the Goodman's team for being part of this sensation. 5 stars all around.

I will never order online from this company again. I had a very simple order for glass bottle lids. There was no way for me to track my shipment that took two weeks to reach me; not sure what the delay was. I contacted them by email three separate times for updates on my order and no one ever responded to me. When my order finally arrived, it was wrong; they had sent the wrong item! I do not recommend! As a follow up to my previous review, Goodman’s reached out to me and made the correction on my order. And this time, provided tracking information. All is good and I have a renewed respect for this company.
