At Mullets, Zoe was easy to work with, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. She informed us appliances were taking longer than usual, and our dishwasher would arrive late March. It was delivered couple weeks earlier than expected (that’s always a pleasant surprise) by Gary and his teammate. They had to remove old dishwasher, and bring in new, up 1 flight of stairs. They took great care, installation without hitch. Very pleased so far with how kitchenAid dishwasher works - dishes sparkly clean and dry, cycle quiet and not too long. I would recommend Mullets to anyone looking for alliances.

Very little follow up by salesperson. Item ordered took six weeks to arrive and I did not get notified of arrival, although salesperson said they left a message. To be fair, the item was only a replacement wall-mounted microwave. I would not want similar treatment for a larger purchase.

Tom in Sales was fantastic. Very quickly found me exactly what I needed. The installation people were also great. On time, cleaned up and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Mullets is really good.
