We have bought many appliances and TVs from Bill Smith over the last 22 years. Always have received good service. Today purchased LG washer and dryer. They price matched from another store—and even better. They stand by what they sell and take care of any problems which may arise. Bill Smith is a quality company and I recommend them.

Bill Smith appliances is definitely the best place to buy appliances. Their pricing is very competitive and they have a huge selection and inventory. I ordered a new refrigerator yesterday and received it today. The delivery men were super setting it up quickly. And my sales associate Mario Almanza was most accommodating to work with. No high pressure just answered all my questions. Do your self a favor and next time you need an appliance go to Bill Smith.

I went into Bill Smith to replace a washing machine that had seen it' s, last days. We had purchased appliances previously from Bill Smith and were impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff we worked with and the prior products we purchased. At that time, we primarily purchased GE Profile , which is what our high rise Pelican Bay Condo previously had. This time around I was more interested in LG products. They were the highest rated in 2025 Consumers Report, which , being a member of Consumers Reports I was aware of the LG ratings. In addition, I have two LG washers in Ohio which I love ! I was so impressed with the sales person's knowledge and answering my questions, I purchased the matching dryer and donated my 3 yr old Commercial dryer to a respected Charity in Naples! There was NO SALES pitch!!! I can't tell you how much that meant! The LG washer and dryer were installed within 72 hours and the old/new dryer picked up the day after . Having become a widow on somewhat short term notice 18 months ago, the experience with Bill Smith was a pleasant surprise !!! Plus the washer and dryer were on sale!!!!!! This honest and knowledgeable sales person is Christian DiGiacomo, Sales Consultant since 2023. Great products, knowledgeable staff! Lynn Handke
