I've had the pleasure of working with Joe and Posetek for over 5 years now. The company has shown to be professional, timely, and technically sound. I've had them work on my Air Conditioning systems as well as appliances and each time, the repairs proved to last indefinitely. But what I feel separates Joe and his team, is there dedication to great customer service. Every time I've contacted them for an emergency they have responded in a very timely manner. The technicians have always been kind, courteous, and professional. I recommend and will always use Posetek for all of my HVAC and Appliance services.

Their technician was scheduled for "first thing" on a Thursday. At 8:30 I called their office and was told "he's on his way". As of 10:30 he's still not here.

Called Posetek because our 3.5 year old washer's bearings were going out and it was to loud for us to even think. Joe came and to fix it but the warranty was up and he told us it would cost more to fix then to buy a new one. I thought that was pretty honest of him and the company. I will call them back when I need another repair. Thanks Joe!

We purchased a Feezer in March of last year, and it somehow went on the brinks. After making just one call to Posetek they came out the very next day. Joe checked it and notice right away what was wrong, not only did he fix it, he also educated us on the repair. Joe is very kind and friendly. His services are greatly appreciated as well as his generousity. Who will you call for your next repair? POSETEK!
