I had the displeasure of dealing with Heather while attempting to schedule an appointment. She was profoundly unprofessional. Just a barrage of sighs and exasperation at attempting to work within my schedule, while I was polite and cordial. Disappointing, as the tech that previously came by was a nice and knowledgeable guy. Heather however should be relieved of phone duties, as she has zero customer service skills and far too much job security.

Look no further, skip the big box stores and people who couldn't care less about what you buy. Skip, Sonya and the rest of the staff will treat you awesome! Got an oven with an induction cooktop and it has made cooking so much faster. Thanks for all the help guys!

Fabulous service all around. We originally were shopping for a new washer and dryer. I thought the prices were fair and very competitive. We ended up purchasing all new appliances. The staff was super kind and very knowledgeable. The man who installed our appliances was very professional and explained everything. He checked all my new appliances and made sure everything was connected correctly. Thank you for make our first experience amazing! Here are some before and after pictures.
