Appliance Max

They were supposed to be at my home for a delivery. Somehow they messed up and were coming for a service. When I called them Mike was incredibly rude and talking over me every time i was three words into a sentence. And I finally said out loud dude I’m still talking shit. And he stated I’m hanging up now because you’re cussing. I wouldn’t use this store and Inwill not allow them in my home now. I called back 10 times and he kept ignoring my call.

I had a fairly new refrigerator that was leaking from the back. The part required to fix it was not sold at Lowe's or Home Depot, so I stopped in to Appliance Max and was able to speak directly to Mike. He was able to order the part, and explained to me the basics of how it worked. He sent Nick out to our house a couple of days later with the part to make sure it was the correct solution. Nick had it repaired in no time, and was patient with my questions. I really appreciate them both giving me excellent advice and service, and highly recommend them if you have needed appliance repairs.

Bought a GE dishwasher plus I paid for professional install. Made a big mistake choosing this company. I called my cc company to dispute this charge and I want them to remove this defective unit from my home only to find out their return policy is the buyer has to return the unit to them within 7 days… how convenient. For starters when you ask to speak with owner , nobody seems to know who or what that is!! So the 2 Guys who showed up were struggling to get it figured out even though he said he had 5 years on the job. They leave and my brand new Dishwasher shuts off after 30 minutes and now I'm getting H 2 0 signals in control panel. I called and spoke with Mike the manager, he starts telling me about some imaginary conversation that never happened between myself and his technicians According to him they told me I have a water leak so they had to shut the water off. Who would sign off on that and let them leave an unworkable dishwasher that is supposed to be new but open box with minor scratch. I certainly didn't. So now I have to pay a 3rd party to uninstall and deliver back to them within their7 day return policy. I will make it my summer project to flight back and warn others to stay away. I owned a business for 30 years and i currently have an online business I built them both by delivering more than I promised. Appliance max took my $$ and literally threw me to the wolves. Scoundrels! Beyond shady

If you need ANY appliance, Pls. call Appliance Max—they’re the ones to call. After a FRUSTRATING weekend w/ broke fridge, I called them Monday 8:30 AM; they answered instantly—no wait, no v.mail! From 1st call, Appliance Max was kind, considerate, genuinely listened (a great change from a previous RUDE Venice appliance co.). Tho they couldn’t deliver fridge same day, they promised ASAP delivery, knowing food was spoiling. The installers expertly navigated our 1950s home—getting fridge thru narrow breezeway w/ glass cabinetry into kitchen: NO small feat! They also I.D.ed/fixed frozen pipeline + water shutoff, working hard + professional, til install was perfect + fridge ran marvelous. It's a Used fridge: flawless since June 17th; EZ pay process: smooth. Customer service: outstanding—prompt, honest, courteous, responsive. Every call answered immediately + they have gone above + beyond for our satisfaction! True pros w/ kindness. Price: super-reasonable. Install team’s workmanship: Top-notch; Appliance knowledge: impressive. Despite home’s layout + many questions, they stayed patient + upbeat. Extremely happy w/ Appliance Max; will Def call again.
