Peter and Yayo delivered my new stove today and were they ever great! It was so refreshing to have these gentlemen here to help. They were polite, friendly, efficient, communicative, and presented clean and groomed. They took the old stove and replaced with the new, and left everything perfect behind them. Jessup's is always top knotch. I've not ever had less than a stellar experience doing business with this group. From the sales people on the floor, throughout the delivery process, they have just performed seamlessly. THANK YOU! In the store, both Nick and the gentleman working alongside were just as pleasant could be... they made me feel welcome and knew their inventory. They really saved me a lot of time, the price was reasonable, and the selection is always good. Thanks Nick, so much. Thanks Peter and Yayo for finishing out the experience. You made a difficult few days much easier for both my husband and I. Your positivity throughout is so appreciated! I'll be back... :-)

We purchased a GE refrigerator along with a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Bryan at the Port Charlotte store. Although there was a delay with the large shipment of washing machines from the manufacturer, Speed Queen, everything was handled very well once it arrived at Jessup’s distribution warehouse. Bryan went above and beyond by scheduling two separate deliveries—one for the refrigerator and dryer so we wouldn’t have to wait for them, and a second once the washing machine became available at Jessup's warehouse. That level of consideration and cooperation made a big difference for us. The delivery crew, led by Peter, was excellent both times. They were punctual, professional, and extremely careful in our home. They took great care to protect floors, walls, and doorways and didn't bump or even touch a single surface. Bryan’s follow-up throughout the process was outstanding, and I would absolutely work with him again. I highly recommend both Bryan in sales and Peter leading his delivery team for their professionalism and attention to detail. Well done guys.

Our first time buying with Jessup's was better than we expected. Nick helped us pick out the appliances, answered all of our questions, and made our in store experience exceptional. When the crew arrived to deliver and install the appliances, I was at work and my wife was home. The 2 men who came to the house immediately made my wife feel comfortable with their professional attitude. They had tools in hand and were ready to make sure everything went well. Excellent shopping experience!!! Bryan met me at the door and took me through the whole buying experience. Bryan's co-worker, Nick, was just as personable. The retail experience was fast and a lot of fun. The delivery was less than two days later. The delivery team was there a whole half-hour BEFORE the time window of 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; 11:00 a.m.. YES!!! They were early!!! My washer and dryer were installed beautifully!!! Fantastic experience from start to finish!!!

I very much enjoyed dealing with Jessup's. My first time there and the experience was excellent. Brian is knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. He is professional and very personable--a joy to deal with. Ery accommodating too. They have a good selection of washers/dryers. Delivery and installation crew outstanding as well. Overall customer service was outstanding. Strongly recommend this company for your appliance needs.
