The last two items I have bought from this place did not work. A few months back I bought a Ryobi rotary tool, I didn't think to check it, was a mistake when I got it home I hadn't used it it for maybe a month or two and it didn't work. I thought maybe it was you know just a bad luck so Today went up there looking for the Ryobi misting fan, the one I seen was used and I asked if I try it. They put a battery in and tested the fan and that worked. My concern was the misting motor which they told me they could not test and I said no thank you. I thought to see what their refund policy was so it turned back around and a gentleman there tested the hose function which is the hose feeding water through the fan and that worked. Even though I was still uncomfortable taking it home to test if the pump on the fan worked I decided to do so. Of course I brought it home and the missing function isn't working. Now I have a used fan without the misting function and no way to return it. Unhappy.

DON’T LET THE FAKE REVIEWS FOOL YOU- SORT TO SEE ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Absolutely scam. This isn’t just a “liquidation” store as in selling overstock items, these are also returns of defective items. A whopping $40 discount off $190 new price for a product that someone obviously tried to put together, scraped up a bit (I couldn’t care less about the scrapes- I care that they bold face lied and said everything is new), couldn’t put together (because the product is defective and the holes do not align), returned it and it ended up in TTE’s hands to sell to the next sucker. I had to mallet the heck out of this thing to fit pieces where they belong but now, I have to have someone come and drill a bigger hole, so that I can fit the bolt through the misaligned hole, get this thing put together and not waste $165 of my hard earned money. Oh, and they state PRICE IS FIRM, even though they know they’re screwing people over. Nice. Reached out and they claim everything is new and then said they open and check every box to make sure everything is there (yeah, okay, why would anyone do that for new stuff, and why did my product have scrapes on all the pieces that get fit together and why did the box have ripped up tissue paper and loose cardboard pieces in it???) They said I could’ve watched a YouTub video on how to put it together or bring it back to them to help assemble it. COMPLETELY IGNORING that fact that I said I’ve put one (brand new from HD) together before just fine, I’m not dumb, I know exactly how to put it together and I’m very handy. IT’S DEFECTIVE. Yeah, let me throw a workbench back in my car and drive it 30 minutes back to them for them to do what I already plan on having someone else do at my house to fix it. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought a window AC unit from these guys, and it’s perfect. Runs like a dream, came new in the box and at a very fair price, almost half of what I paid for the exact same model online through Walmart. Helpful, friendly and smooth to deal with. Will be going back to them for all of my tool and appliance needs moving forward

Great selection of discounted tools which I’m sure have no issues but I bought a supposedly brand new Milwaukee m18 12ah battery that will now only charge up to 3 bars after only a couple of months and barely any usage. That means it wasn’t brand new. It wasn’t in any retail packaging, the guy just took it off a shelf where the cash register is. I would’ve rather had paid the extra $80 to get a real brand new one from Home Depot instead In response to their insinuation that I may have dropped it or damaged it somehow I can assure them that isn’t the case. I’m an honest person. Look thru my reviews. I don’t leave bad reviews in order to get something for free or at a discount. I’m not doing that here either because I just don’t have the time to go back there to see if they would remedy the issue. I take some of the responsibility for buying this battery and assuming it was new even though it wasn’t in any retail packaging. So that’s on me. But they shouldn’t have sold this as a new battery either. Who knows, I have a very old m18 battery that’s only been able to charge up to 3 bars for a couple of years now (it’s probably 6 years old) so it may last awhile longer. Just sayin.. I’d probably buy from here again IF the battery is in its original packaging and the date on the battery is fairly recent. But this purchase was not a good one
