I had some issues with the A/C and Scott was always taking care of it. This week I just noticed the A/C started acting weird and when I changed the filter it was wet. Give the company a call and send a text message also. My issue was not an emergency, but still after 2 days Scott just showed up and cleaned up the pluggage and gave me a piece of mind. Thank you very much!

Having used Wards for the last several years they have proven themselves to be honest and reliable once again. They were able to fix our A/c problem during this very hot summer and kept us cool and comfortable with our older unit without overselling us! Highly recommend

I have used them for over 10 years for large commercial projects and personal residential HVAC for entire family. Best prices I've found anywhere and friendly, professional, highly competent service. Recommend highly. Sometimes need extra lead time as they keep very busy.

The technicians were the very definition of professional. I had given them an idea of the problem I was experiencing with my a/c before they arrived and they handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I will be calling on them for all of my a/c and appliance needs. Great guys!

I have had a very bad experience with this company, I live in south Africa and I own several condo's in Clearwater. One of my aircon's broke down, on the 8-7-19 and they replaced batteries in the thermostat for $67. I had personally replaced them in MAY 2017 while visiting Clearwater. On 8-29-17 they replaced the fan and start capacitor on the condenser for $325.00 with a 1 year warrantee on parts and labour. Then around 9-17-17 they replaced the entire condensor for $1400. TOTAL COST $1792. I paid for the first 2 repairs and now they are trying to extort a further $1400.00 from me. I could have had a new condenser supplied and fitted for $1150. It is clear that they don't know what they are doing as they clearly adopted are a trial and error part replacement repair and when all else failed they just replaced the entire condenser.
