On Sale Appliances

This is a completely dishonest seller. When we went to purchase the washer and dryer, the washer inlet hoses were inside the machine. However, after we picked them up, the hoses were missing — they had been removed. Even worse, the dryer was provided without a power cord, making it unusable. We contacted the seller, but their attitude was extremely poor, and they refused to return the missing items or respond to us. These are essential parts that should have been included. Taking them and ignoring the customer is unacceptable. We are preparing to report this matter to the police and take further action.

When I pulled up I was kind not sure if I was gonna walk in or not, the outside is a bit sketchy but I went in. The owner was pretty helpful and knowledgable. The used machine was 225 and end up leaving spending 325 for $75 delivery, which was less than 10 minutes down the road with no hookup but 1 yr insurance. Was it worth it? No. Just one of those moments where because u are a female.😒

Great customer service. I went in and looked around without being hassled. Sandy answered all my questions and was very helpful during purchase. When their delivery driver showed up the next day and couldn’t get it up my stairs by himself, he left. The next day, they hired third party delivery drivers that did an excellent job with installation. Upon installation, the dryer was making a strange sound. Sometimes during transport things can get misaligned. The very next business day, they had their tech out to fix the problem in under 5 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone in search of a good deal — and they stand behind their products. Thanks

My refrigerator died on a Sunday night, I called around on Monday morning and got on sale appliances on the phone. The young lady that answered was so helpful and was able to tell me over the phone what they had in stock and so I came in. Unfortunately the young lady was tied up on a call but she had Ingrid assist me. She helped me make a decision on the correct fridge for my space in my kitchen and was able to fit me in same day for delivery! The delivery guys that showed up were so professional and courteous. Before I can even attempt to help clean up they assured me that they would clean up any mess that came with the installation. And they did! Highly recommend them if you are in the market for appliances. You can’t go wrong with Great prices and Great service !
