Westwood went above and beyond my expectation. I purchased a full kitchen of budget friendly appliances all of the same manufacturer for my new build. I encountered quality issues with multiple appliances by no fault of Westwood; the boxes were all intact. After receiving poor customer support from the appliance manufacturer, Westwood stepped in and took extraordinary measures to make sure my experience was turned around!

I called Westwood Appliance and spoke with Chris; looking to find parts for my refrigerator and dryer, however, they don't sell parts itself. He was great! Why you ask, he gave me information and details where, and who to call for repairs and why. When we call someone/company, we, the caller are in distress of some sort to resolve a problem. Chris was helpful, friendly and just kind. He took the time to give me the information and we even had a quick discussion on brand appliances in general-if I needed to or decided to purchase a new appliance. By the way, he wasn't trying to sell me. If Chris is the representation of this company -they are super! As we all know, employees are the front line and represent the company and one of the most important assets that a company has! We needed a washer/dryer ASAP. Called the store at 8 AM and new units installed and working by 12:30 PM! Chris was incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Fair price, all done remotely. Joe arrived with unit and installed without issue. Also very helpful. Highly recommend them. And BTW, never stepped foot in store. All done by phone and by email. Given the pandemic could not have been safer or more convenient

Absolutely highly recommended. The staff (especially Chris) are the best. They lead you in the right direction and never are to busy to answer questions that you may have. We recently had some major appliances installed - and Chris was there every step of the way - from the initial purchase right through to the final installation. Chris also assisted with an unforeseen electrical issue during the installation process. Westwood Appliance is fully deserving of a 5 Star rating and I personally plan to use the store for future needs.

We were very pleased and very satisfied with the experience we had with Westwood. Chris, the manager, was excellent at showing us options for the purchase of a dishwasher. His personal touch in organizing the delivery and installation of the unit could not have been more professional. Ten years ago we purchased all of our appliances for the kitchen from them and couldn’t be happier with our return visit and purchase. We recommend Westwood highly.
