Appliance Repair

Our washer/dryer combo, which has never worked right since the day we bought it, had an error light that indicated that there was no water coming into the washer. We called Appliance Care after seeing all the great reviews. We called on a Thursday and they scheduled us for Friday. Mark came out, checked out the machine, ordered the part and said it would be in on Monday. We scheduled him for Tuesday morning. He came and in no time flat had the machine working again. But here is the amazing part, we bought it new and it has never, ever dried properly. We had GE service it and still it never worked right. Whatever Mark did, it is the first time our clothes have come out and weren’t dripping wet. We would highly recommend Appliance Care, but especially Mark.

The service was so fast and super quick and the price for my repairs was awesome. I called one time and they had availability right that day within a few hours and they communicate very well on the tech to come out earlier and he had at to leave and get the part to repair my refrigerator and man that was a leave and come back in a flash and like that my fridge was up and running again. Thank you so very much for taking good care of me and I will gladly recommend this company because they are quick efficient and super nice techs too.

Warranty work on GE refrigerator; fan motor had been replaced twice because of poor defrosting. Bodewell Tech A.J. came over, took one look at it and fixed the problem in two minutes! And because it was warranty work, I was charged nothing. I really appreciated A.J.'s knowledge, punctuality (he arrived 10 minutes early, no less!) and friendliness. Highest rating well earned!
