From start to finish, my experience purchasing a wet grinder from this shop was exceptional. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various features and benefits of the product. They were patient and thorough in answering all of my questions, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice. The ultra wet grinder itself is an excellent product. It is easy to use and has exceeded my expectations in terms of its performance. I have used it several times now and have been consistently impressed by its ability to grind even the toughest of ingredients into a smooth paste. I went in for the repair of my mixer grinder and The owner Mr.Balu and his wife were very friendly. The technician explained the problem and repaired it very quickly and in a transparent way and gave me some tips on how to use the mixer grinder better too! Very reasonable and genuine. Would definitely like to go back to them.

The customer service is very friendly and professional. The rep patiently explained each feature of the product. We are happy that we came here... Here I'm adding my experience after using the product.... First of all, within 3 months of buying the ultra perfectS wet grinder, the motor heated very soon and the grinder stopped running. But it was not I'm about to write here... My experience with the shop people when I took it my problem to them.... This happened right on March... So you guys can get it I think... When I emailed them, they responded immediately but they couldn't do much since the shop is closed due to covid-19. Then I followed up in May. They replied with the work order to fill and said me to bring the grinder but this time I couldn't go timely. But by June we took the grinder to the shop and explained about the problem. They kept the piece for checking and service. We got it after 2 weeks(this long I lived in quarantine without any idli batter...😕 which is very hard to think now too but I survived both covid and this😉)... But it was not working again. The owner of the shop is such a genuine person he considered the problem personally and once again they did the service check and repair. This time too we are unfortunate with that piece I think... When we brought the grinder to the shop, this time the owner is kind enough to give us the new grinder(not the same model) with some compliments too.... and I'm not charged a penny extra.... Why I'm writing this long to explain my situation is when I bought my first grinder, I was told that they always charge for each and every service checks they do irrespective of the warranty. This made me worried when my grinder started showing problems and I took some time to contact them too.... But even though we tripped to their shop several times, they didn't shown bad face on us. They responded positively both in email and in person. Our problem was one in hundreds I think... They even contacted the manufacturing company to learn about the cause and how to repair... This shown their commitment to their customers. I'm happy that I bought the grinder from them and also very much satisfied with their service. I would recommend this shop to my anyone without second thoughts. And now my new one is grinding the batter in matter of time 🙂👌😉.
