I called one day and the next someone was on their way. I was given a 2hr window of when he would arrive. Got the text 30 mins prior to his arrival. Our freezer (LG fridge, freezer on the bottom) was leaking. Mr. J arrived right on time. He evaluated the situation and was able to get right to work. He had the whole problem sorted within the hour. There was debris blocking the drain- he flushed the entire line- after having removed a great deal of ice beneath the back wall. As long as he was there- could he take a look at our washer? It was randomly throwing out an error message. He took a look- was unable to determine the issue. Since I had already paid the fee for the eval- if I noticed the issue within 30 days- he would come out for no additional charge to evaluate. I would not hesitate to call mr. appliance for my next repair.

I had used this company many years ago and had a very good experience. I had recommended the company to others over the years. But had a bad experience in summer 2025. I called due to water leaking and ice maker issues in an expensive frig only a few years old. The repair cost almost $400. I paid in good faith, expecting the part they installed repaired the two problems. A few days later the leaking continued and ice maker still did not work properly. I called several times, finally the owner stepped in, he admitted he would have replaced the filter unit upfront, not the drain lines. Once that was finally done in the second visit, it fixed both issues. This took 3 months in total between service calls and back n forth. Six months later I get calls, emails and text msg asking to pay for the add'l part. First off, shocked to be contacted 6 months later. Secondly, I already paid upfront for what I expected to have fixed the issues. Very disappointed by the handling of this company. I paid upfront in good faith, but the initial fix was misdiagnosed. They are not taking accountability for it and are trying to overcharge me.
