I drove two hours in the rain to purchase a washer and dryer set, only to be told when I arrived that it had been sold the day before. There was no call, no message, and no update to let me know it was no longer available. As an active duty service member, my time is limited and valuable, and I made specific arrangements to make this trip. The lack of communication and consideration was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A simple courtesy message would have saved me four hours of driving and unnecessary frustration. I cannot recommend doing business here based on this experience.

I should have read the reviews -_- I purchased my washer dryer on August 5th the washer before I even un loaded from my truck I noticed the drum supports are broken. I called them and they swapped after closing. I thought well not bad customer service. But Oct 26th the replacement washer is error coding and won't complete a wash cycle. I reached out I sent them my information and they have yet to reply or acknowledge it. Thankfully I'm a bit technical figured out the error did research and fixed it myself. But I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from here. I'm sure my dryer will probably start giving me problems soon too.
