I had a wonderful experience! They didn’t have the refrigerator I was looking for in stock, but they quickly ordered it for me and it arrived the very next day. Communication was excellent — I had no issues with callbacks or delivery timing. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I also loved being able to shop local — it saved me a trip to Evans and allowed me to keep my money right here in town. Highly recommend!

I have known the family at B&J for years. They are kind enough to continue to fix or upgrade any of the appliances at my Farmhouse in Washing GA., even though I live in Atlanta. I trust them to enter, repair, make suggestions, and order any and all replacements as needed without me being present. They are continually very busy as they serve many of the counties surrounding their offices in Lincolnton, but they are always attentive and professional. Great outfit!

Horrible customer service. First, no follow up call. Then, I called back and the woman on the phone spent more time giving excuses on what would keep them from working on our stove than resolving the problem. She was giving information on what we would need to convert it and rain effects. We are fully aware of these things and were being straight forward with what was needed. We just needed to know if they could do it. I finally said, "so just say you all can't do it, we know all of this." She stated: "I'm sorry for just trying to give you information, it sounds like you should go somewhere else." I suggest everyone go somewhere else than be treated that way. Small town business should definitely treat their people better if they expect to continue business. If you can't do the job, just say you can't do it.

My wife and I bought an older home and we have been slowly updating it. The kitchen posed a problem when it came to updating the appliances. Our single wall oven, cooktop and range hood with controls were all from the 1960s and we were looking at thousands to upgrade the appliances and counters. Three of the 4 heating elements and the top heating element on the single wall oven no longer worked. I spent hours online looking for replacement parts with no luck. I was just about to give up when came across B&J Appliance and I gave them a call. They were able to track down the GE parts with the aid of microfiche. Long story short the owners son ordered parts and installed them and got us up and running in no time. Stove, cooktop and range all work great and looks brand new. They were a pleasure to work with. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much B&J.

Do not shop Here! We bought a used dryer from them in April 2019, didn't use it much till June. It was broken by July. They charged us $230 for a very old Kenmore. They wanted to charge me 70 dollars just to diagnose the dryer! No discounts, no standing behind their refurbished appliance. Had it fixed but it turns out the power system blows the heating element about monthly
