Our dryer was leaving greasy looking streaks on some clothes. We called Franklin and Michael came shortly thereafter. He took the dryer apart looking for the cause of the problem and cleaned the heat screen and vacuumed the lint from all parts of the dryer. The heat screen was the staining culprit! His fee was reasonable and he is very knowledgeable.

Amazing service! My 4 year old refrigerator circulating fan broke for a second time. Franklin’s came out within a day, was able to order the part with overnight delivery AND installed the part within hours of receipt. Service tech, Michael, was professional and even clean out the bottom of my freezer! Don’t hesitate to call Franklin’s! Forget those corporate services, stay local!!
