one of the worst brands and stores ever. bought a coin laundry machine came with instructions on how to change the price on the machine followed the instructions and when the coin slot got stuck they blamed us and said we messed with it and the warranty got voided even though THERE WERE INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE THE DAMN BOX FROM THR COMPANY TEACHING YOU HOW TO CHANGE THE PRICE. WHY WOULD YOU GIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHANGE SOMETHING JUST TO VOID THE WARRENTY????

Don’t buy from these crooks bought a fridge and extended warranty. The seal for the fridge came apart and they won’t honor the warranty. You’re better off spending your money else where don’t waste your time here. They’re happy to take your money but after that they could care less about you or any issues you may have even if you bought extended warranty.overall the customer service I received from them is very poor and will not be buying from them again.
