Absolutely fantastic experience! Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, personable, and kind. Great deals at this store not sure what wizardry is actually going on, but I couldn't have been more satisfied. Needed a specific TV and they had the best deal. I live in the ATL and they had it shipped to me with much gusto straight from Sony!! It was a seamless and beautiful process. Highly highly recommend A++++ 10/10. Merlin RULES!!!!!

Got a great deal on an online order for a Sony Bravia 8 II. After placing the order, the owner contacted me to walk me through the shipping process. He was very communicative the entire time, answered all my questions promptly and even verified that there weren’t any issues with the shipment and that the TV was working as expected. This was some of the best service I’ve ever received for any purchase. I would recommend them to friends and family, and will definitely be buying from them again!

From purchase thru delivery and installation of our new GE washer was very easy and quick. Our salesman Alan was courteous and helpful when we explained our needs. He directed us to a really great washer which we bought. The two installers who just left were the best. Patient since I asked them to give me a few minutes to wash the floor and walls around the washer and dryer before installing the new one. I highly recommend Merlins (2 tv’s and now a washer) for sales and installation. It also helps that it came with a 50 month warranty!!!
